Memorable day with the whales I live in Brisbane & have been on a number of Brisbane Whale Watching cruises over the past few years. Each cruise is unique in how many whales you’ll see on the day but you’ll always see some. Yesterday was perfect weather. Winter sunshine, calm seas, not too windy. Once out of Moreton Bay it wasn’t long before we saw whale spray in the distance. Soon we had 3 or 4 whales swimming beside us. Captain Kerry explained how they are curious, social creatures who are interested in the boat & its passengers! Cruising along we soon witnessed pectoral fin waving, tail slapping & a few breaches (always a highlight). At one point, the boat was stationary & we could see pods of whales in all directions. It was amazing! Lunch consisted of a boxed chicken salad & a selection of fresh fruit. The vegetarian salad was delicious. The crew were friendly & knowledgeable. They are passionate about whales & shared interesting information during the cruise. It was a fabulous 4 hours out on the water. I can highly recommend it.

What a fantastic whale watching experience with Brisbane Whale Watching. What a fantastic trip we had! We were lucky that the weather was warm, sunny and light winds so visibility and comfort were at a premium. And there were whales everywhere. Many pods surrounded our boat and we were treated to breaching, tail slapping, blowing and waving. It was just amazing and quite humbling to be so up close. The boat crew were ace; nothing was too much trouble for them and our guide was so knowledgeable and passionate about her subject; she really made us want to listen to the information she shared while the whales put on such a show for her to commentate on. Lunch was delicious, very fresh and plentiful though it was difficult to eat as we didn't want to take our eyes off the whales swimming and breaching alongside the boat.A fab day out. We highly recommend 👌.

A whale of a time. Amazing experience. The captain was informative and got us close to whales for some wonderful photos and memorable moments not to be forgotten. Atmosphere was buzzing with delight ever time we spotted a whale,or a dolphin. Staff were helpful and friendly. Four hour journey was pleasant and well worth the admission fee for such an unforgettable experience.

Best Whale Watching Experience! We booked the VIP whale watching cruise and it was phenomenal! The staff are clearly very passionate about what they do, Kerry and the staff shared lots of interesting information about the whales and their migration, and the food and service was fantastic. The VIP tour is absolutely worth it to have a table indoors next to the window so you can spend most of the tour in comfort. Of course as soon as the whales come out you want to go outside to be up close and personal!

Great Day. I've been on another whale watching tour but this was by far the best. Lots of whales the whole time we were there. Even after going back inside to eat the very good lunch provided we were able to watch the whales from inside up close. The female captain was very informative.

Wonderful! A wonderful time with lots of active whales for us to view, or were they viewing us? Everyone was very helpful and I continue to learn more with the commentary about the history, ecology, threats, and joys of the Humpback migration. The lunch was very fresh and tasty. A fantastic day!

Best Day Ever Had the best day ever yesterday, there were so many whales around. Have been on 2 previously up North and they were quite disappointing due to lack of whales. The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful and the commentator was really informative.
